I'm a User Experience Designer & Researcher passionate about the intersection of design research, business strategy, and technological innovation.
I look at problems as opportunities to create change and innovate delightful solutions. I champion the framework of human-centered design and believe that those closest to the problem are the closest to the solution. As a designer and researcher, I do my best to ensure that end-users influence the entire design process from the original "How might we.." through implementation. In my experience, the most rewarding moments come when I hear a user say "wow" in response to a design solution.
Currently, I am an Associate Product Designer at Brightcove and a graduate student at Bentley University where I am pursuing an MS in Human Factors in Information Design (UX). I recently graduated from Seattle Pacific University with my Bachelors in Visual Communication Design.
