UX RESEARCH & DESIGN

Embedding fast feedback loops into the product development team through rapid usability testing

& design iteration.

Kenzie is a rare breed and someone with her skills is difficult to find. It was my pleasure to manage Kenzie during her internship at Brightcove. One trait that stood out to me the most was her ability to get things done. Independently of what challenges stood in her way, she always found a way to deliver great results while also strengthening the UX practice in unexpected ways.

Kenzie has all the qualities I would look for in a hire, and

I can wholeheartedly, and without any reservations, recommend Kenzie to any future employer.
